On Friday the Free National Movement unveiled its full Grand Bahama team, presenting a slate of experienced professionals prepared to strengthen governance, accelerate economic recovery, and restore confidence in leadership on the island.
Grand Bahama deserves leadership that understands both the challenges we face and the possibilities ahead. This team brings the community mindset, integrity, and practical expertise necessary to help build a government that works for all, not just a select powerful few.

Dr. Charlene Reid Morris
Pineridge
Dr. Charlene Reid Morris is a physician, healthcare executive, and entrepreneur who has built and managed a multi island Bahamian medical practice. With firsthand experience delivering frontline care, she brings critical healthcare expertise to Parliament at a time when Rand Memorial Hospital requires urgent upgrades and expanded services. Her disciplined problem solving approach reflects the results oriented leadership needed to strengthen healthcare policy and delivery nationwide.
Omar A. Isaacs
West Grand Bahama
Omar Isaacs is a public servant, entrepreneur, and investment professional with experience at the Ministry of Tourism, the Bahamas Investment Authority, and the Office of the Prime Minister in Grand Bahama. As an Investment Officer based in Grand Bahama he worked to attract foreign direct investment, structure deals, and facilitate job creation. He later founded his own investment firm to help Bahamian businesses grow and scale. His understanding of capital markets and economic development positions him to help drive job growth and private sector expansion in West Grand Bahama.
Frazette Zetty Gibson
Central Grand Bahama
With more than twenty years in education and local government service, Frazette Gibson has dedicated her career to youth development, community building, and disaster preparedness. Beyond the classroom she has delivered tangible community improvements including parks, hurricane preparedness initiatives, solar projects, and the establishment of Grand Bahama’s first Emergency Operating Centre. Her experience will strengthen national conversations around education reform, community infrastructure, and youth empowerment.
J. Kwasi Thompson
East Grand Bahama
J. Kwasi Thompson is a seasoned legislator, former Cabinet Minister, and current Member of Parliament with extensive experience in financial services and public sector reform. During the FNM’s previous term he played a leading role in modernizing government services including the rollout of MyGateway which streamlined access to public services and improved administrative efficiency. His experience will help drive a more responsive digitally enabled government that reduces red tape and improves service delivery for Grand Bahamians.
