Gadville McDonald

Gadville received his early education in Cat Island and then moved to New Providence where he
completed high school at R.M. Bailey high and then pursued higher learning at The College of
The Bahamas where he obtained an AA degree in accounting. He is also a graduate of Florida
International University (FIU) where he obtained a B A in accounting. Being a constant learner
Gadville continued studies at The University of Miami obtaining certificate in Advance Business
planning and development. Gadville has the unique experience of being professionally coached
and trained by sought after world leaders for more than 16 years.

After graduation Gadville began a successful career in banking where he worked in
management at one of The Bahamas’ leading commercial banks – His passion for Bahamian
ownership resulted in him starting his own company that he grew into a successful business
employing more than 16 young Bahamians.

Gadville has a strong leadership background with more than twenty-six years of management,
business ownership & leadership. He currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees
at The University of the Bahamas, Lead Pastor of Life Empowerment Church & Chairman of The
Global Leadership Summit Bahamas which trains more than 500 local leaders yearly. He also
currently serves as Chairman and CEO of AED Bahamas limited and is actively involved with the
growth and management of other companies. Gadville previously served as Executive Director
of the National Training Agency from 2017 to 2021. As a student leader, Gadville served as vice
president of student government (SGA) at Florida International University representing some
40,000 students to the university, Florida board of regents and state government. His results
oriented style of leadership has positively transformed these organizations.

Gadville is a proud family man. He is married to Iona McDonald, a Banking and Trust Executive,
and is the father of two wonderful children, Gabrielle, a Certified Public Accountant, Toronto,
Canada, & Gadville II, a Marine Biology major in his Senior year at Dalhousie university .
Gadville is committed to building a better Bahamas with a keen focus on leadership
development and optimizing Human potential. His passion is partnering with individuals,
organizations and communities for positive growth and development.
