D’Angelo Ferguson

Mangrove Cay, Central and South Andros

Mr. D’Angelo Ferguson is a 32 year-old native of South Andros, The Bahamas.  He is an Information Technology professional, entrepreneur, and actively works to promote the welfare of the people of South Andros. Most recently, as part of the Independence Celebrations, he was honored by Project Y Bahamas and named one of the top forty-eight Millennials in The Bahamas for 2021.

D’Angelo is presently employed as an Assistant Manager at Cable Bahamas.  He is also an entrepreneur, as owner of two growing businesses, L.N.K. Car Rental and Just for Kids Event Planning and Party Rental. He also serves on the Executive Board of Nassau Flight Services.

D’Angelo’s professional career is well grounded in academics.  In 2010, he completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Administration, with a minor in Finance.  He also attained Associate’s Degrees in Information Technology, Networking Services Technology, and Information Technology Management from Pasco Hernando State College in Florida.  His early education was obtained at South Andros High School.

D’Angelo has a heart for community service and volunteering.  He serves as Assistant District Manager in the Youth Empowerment Program.  He is also the Founder of the Lenard and Nancy Stuart Memorial Foundation.

The Lenard & Nancy Stuart Memorial Foundation is his passion.  Its mission is to raise funds to offer scholarships to the students of South Andros High School. This year, the organization also intends to donate funding to the High School to assist in upgrading its technical facilitates.

It is D’Angelo’s vision to provide the students of South Andros with the opportunity to attain a college education within The Bahamas or internationally, to aid them in achieving their dreams.

D’Angelo is a Member of the Torchbearers Youth Association. He has also served as the Trustee of the Association.

D’Angelo is happily married to Janine Ferguson and is the father to three (3) beautiful children, Dangelo Jr., D’Nalah and D’Aisha.
