Courtney Coulibaly, an Engineer by profession, is the owner and principal of the firm Dynamic Builders & Project Managers. Mr. Coulibaly has more than 20 years of experience within the construction and project management industry. He has a wealth of experience in both vertical and horizontal construction and infrastructure development.

Courtney holds an Associates Degree in Civil Engineering Technology from The University of The Bahamas and a Bachelor’s Degree from Florida A&M University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude in Construction Engineering and Construction Management. He was the President of the Associate General Contractors of America in 2011-2012 (FAMU), a recipient of the Dwight David Eisenhower Fellowship Program, FGLSAMP Member, “Water for All Nations” volunteer, Prince Hall Affiliate, First Aid Certified and OASHA 30 hour trained.

Upon his return home from university, he worked for a leading Engineering and Construction firm where he served as field engineer on the following projects; New Providence Road Improvement Project, Big Pond Park (Phase 1), National Stadium Class A track upgrade, Chub Cay Infrastructural Upgrades, Lyford Cay Potable Water System Installation.

Courtney would have received his early education at Our Lady’s Primary School and his secondary education at CC Sweeting Sr High School.

A familiar face to his community, Courtney is a community leader and has a passion for people and family. He is a resident of the Centerville Community.

Courtney is a devoted Catholic and member of Our Lady’s Catholic Church. He is also member of Prince Hall Masonic Lodge.

Courtney is the father to three beautiful children; Courtney Jr, Carter and Raelynn Coulibaly.

He is a firm believer in innovation, efficiency and doing it right the first time.
